Castellón surrenders to the temptation of chocolate in its sweetest weekend. The Chocolate Fair, the sweet and artisanal bread (ChocoCas), which is celebrating its tenth anniversary, is full of news. And the first one is that admission is free. From tomorrow until Sunday, the Pergola is transformed to surprise attendees who come to the fairground to celebrate the 10 years of ChocoCas in Castellón. “A large children’s area, demonstrations with great professionals, workshops for adults, gifts, raffles, contests … make ChocoCas a perfect place to enjoy family desserts, chocolate and artisan products”, stressed the councilor of Impulse of the Activity Economic of the City Council of Castellón, Patricia Puerta.
ChocoCas’17 will have several exhibitors who will offer all kinds of sweets, chocolates, cookies, cakes, bread … so that the most sweet, or just curious, can enjoy the sweetest weekend of the year. The Chocolate Fair, the sweet and artisan bread is organized by the Association of Bakers and Confectioners of Castellón and Respira Comunicación, with the support of the Castellón City Council and Castelló Ruta de Sabor.
The youngest of the house will enjoy a large children’s area with workshops where they will become small chefs, where they will make crafts, recycling workshops, balloon twisting, draw and mold with chocolate (Comes and Vero craft chocolates), jump into a large bouncy castle and they will drive pets with Wanda Parc, they will play with Todojuguete toys, they can paint their favorite character’s face, participate in the drawing contest … And they will also continue to learn how to make artisan bread in the workshops given by Apancas
